§ 97.03 PARK CONDUCT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to:
   (A)   Swim, bathe, wash in the park pond or cause any personal property or animal to be washed or immersed in the park pond.
   (B)   Throw, suffer, or permit the throwing or depositing of any manure, rubbish, slops, tin cans, old junk, putrid or unsound animal or vegetable matter, or any filthy, noisome or unwholesome liquid or slop, garbage, food, bottles, paper waste, or foreign object on the ground of the park, or in the pond of the park.
   (C)   Cut, break, trim, remove, damage any tree, flower, shrub, grass, or growing thing in the park.
   (D)   Deface, damage, break, burn, strike, or remove from the park any improvement located in the park, including but not limited to buildings, fences, signs, lights, light poles, or any movable personal property owned by the town and placed in or found in the park.
   (E)   Bring any firearms, bows and arrows, pellet guns, B-B guns, air-powered or gas-powered instruments which discharge a pellet or object, slingshots, peashooters, into or upon the park.
   (F)   Operate a bicycle anywhere other than over and along Park Drive, the designated parking areas, and bicycle paths.
   (G)   Ride or lead a horse or pony over and along the park, except over and along the designated bridle paths.
