§ 97.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF PARK; ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   There is established a public park to be known as the Monroeville Community Park.
   (B)   The Board of Trustees shall by ordinance make such rules and regulations with regard to the improvement, preservation, ornamentation, and management of the park, as the Board of Trustees may deem reasonable and proper.
