Pursuant to and in accordance with the powers and duties vested in the Board of Trustees by the provisions of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly, the Board of Trustees shall provide for the collection or disposal of refuse in the town:
(A) By the employment of personnel to perform such work;
(B) By contracting with persons, firms, or corporations to render such services;
(C) By any other method it shall provide by ordinance or resolution.
