§ 95.01 ADMINISTRATION BY BOARD OF TRUSTEES.

The collection and disposal of refuse in the town shall be under the exclusive supervision and control of the Board of Trustees, and the Board shall have exclusive power to take all stops and proceedings and to make and enter into all contracts and agreements necessary or incidental to the performance of its duties and the execution of its powers under IC 36-9-30.
