§ 90.23 BREEDERS PERMITS/KENNEL/CATTERY PERMITS.
   Any person seeking to maintain a kennel or act as a breeder of dogs or cats within the town shall comply with the zoning ordinances of Allen County, as outlined in Chapter 151 of th town’s Code of Ordinances.
