(A) Failure to do any act required by this division or acting in a manner prohibited by this division shall constitute a violation.
(B) A person who falsely represents himself as having the qualification to obtain a Monroeville impaired mobility permit will be fined up to a maximum of $100 and such person's permit shall be revoked.
(C) Any motor vehicle parked in an area designated for the exclusive use of impaired mobility persons which does not bear a disabled veterans registration plate, a special registration plate, or display a Monroeville impaired mobility parking permit, shall be ticketed at the owner's expense. The fine shall be $35.50 for each violation.
