(A) The speed limit for all vehicles on the public streets and highways in the Town of Monroeville shall be 20 miles per hour, excepting the vehicles traveling on the following streets within the town for which the speed limit shall be 30 miles per hour: S. Washington Street, Monroeville Road and W. South Street.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a vehicle in excess of the foregoing speed limits when signs are in place giving notice thereof.
