§ 70.34 DEVICE WHICH CAUSES FLAME TO BE THROWN FROM EXHAUST PIPE PROHIBITED.
   The use or operation of any motor vehicle within the town which has attached or installed any device which causes fire or flame to be thrown from the exhaust pipe of such motor vehicle is hereby declared to be illegal.
