§ 70.11 WHEN COMPLAINT IS TO BE ISSUED.

In the event any person fails to comply with a notice given to such person or attached to a vehicle pursuant to § 70.06 or § 70.07, respectively, or fails to make appearance pursuant to a summons directing an appearance at the place stated in such notice, the Clerk shall forthwith have a complaint entered against such person and secure and issue a warrant for arrest.
