§ 32.046 LEVY.

The Board of Supervisors hereby levies and imposes a local services tax on each person engaged in an occupation with the township during the effective term of this subchapter. The tax is in addition to all other taxes of any kind or nature heretofore levied by the Board of Supervisors and shall continue from year to year until duly repealed.
