§ 31.16 NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

The township hereby adopts the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and recommends all public safety agencies, emergency responders, hazardous materials users and transporters, hospitals, and school districts situated within the township to do the same.
