§ 31.02 DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY.

The township establishes a Township Drug and Alcohol Policy for and pertaining to employees of the township holding commercial driver’s licenses, in accordance with the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991, being 4 U.S.C. §§ 31301 and 31306 and 49 C.F.R. Part 382.
