(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any violation or failure to comply with the provisions of §§ 150.01 to 150.08 shall constitute a summary offense and prosecution for every offense shall be according to the practices of summary criminal procedure before a District Magistrate. Any violator, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay all costs incurred by the township in any abatement of the nuisance, if abated by the township, together with the cost of any legal proceeding, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, based thereon, and a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $1,000 for each offense together with the costs of prosecution. Each continual day of violation shall be a separate offense under §§ 150.01 to 150.08. The penalties set forth herein shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, the penalties and remedies set forth in the Code, which remedies and penalties are incorporated herein by this reference.
