§ 50.62 ESTABLISHMENT OF THE TOWNSHIP RECYCLING AND COMPOST CENTER.

(A) There is hereby established the Township Recycling and Compost Center for the disposition of recyclable materials and compost materials by persons residing in single-family or multifamily dwellings.

(B) The Township Board of Supervisors shall, by resolution, adopt rules and regulations for the management of the Recycling and Compost Center that shall control the cost for the card, the fee for the compost site, and hours of operation of the Recycling and Compost Center.
