Prior to the commencement of any and all new construction and/or all renovation of any building or other structure within the township, the owner of record of such building or other structure shall apply for and obtain a building permit and shall have such construction and/or renovation inspected by the designated building inspector of the township throughout its performance and upon its completion to ascertain its conformity to the Code. The permitting and inspection process shall be performed as set forth in the Code.
