§ 112.11 LICENSE PRIVILEGE.

Only a licensed junk dealer on licensed premises may accumulate and acquire junk and maintain it on said premises for commercial purposes. No junk shall be accumulated and/or maintained within 250 feet of any dwelling in said township, except by a licensed junk dealer or licensed premises.
