The Township Secretary shall, upon application pursuant to this subchapter, issue an occupancy permit to the owner or occupier of the real estate, which permit shall be issued free of charge. It is to be understood that the issuance of an occupancy permit pursuant to this subchapter shall in no way imply that the use of the property is proper under the provisions of the township.
