§ 111.17 REPORTS BY OWNERS AND OCCUPIERS.
   Upon request from the township, and after the effective date of this subchapter, all persons owning or operating a business within the township shall apply to the Township Secretary for an occupancy permit upon forms supplied by the township and supplying such information as the forms shall require.
