If the owner or owners appeal the aforesaid notice, on a decision by the Board of Supervisors upholding the findings of the notice, the owner or owners shall promptly arrange for correction of the deterioration or arrange for the removal of said structure, such correction or removal to begin within 20 days from the handing down by the Board of its decision and to continue until the structure has been completely removed and/or the hazard has been corrected. Total removal or correction is to be made within 90 days from the decision by the Board.
