If the owner or owners make no appeal within the appeal period aforementioned, he, she, or they shall promptly arrange for correction of the deterioration or the removal of said structure, such correction or removal to begin 20 days from the receipt of the aforementioned notice and to continue until the structure has been completely removed and/or the hazard has been corrected, total removal or correction to be made within 90 days from receipt of the notice.
