§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 90.01 to 90.03 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300, and/or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 90.01 to 90.03 continues, shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any owner, person, firm, association, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 90.15 to 90.19 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000, or to imprisonment for a term not less than ten days or more than 90 days.
