(A) The following streets are established as one-way streets and official traffic control devices shall be erected (or are ratified if previously erected) in such a position as to face traffic approaching the streets and at the appropriate intersections. Upon a roadway designated for one-way traffic, a vehicle shall be driven only in the direction designated at all or at such times as shall be indicated by the official traffic control devices as required by § 3308(b) of the “Vehicle Code”, being 75 Pa.C.S. § 3308(b).
(B) The location of the one-way streets are as follows.

(C) Any person who violates any provision of this schedule shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
