SCHEDULE II. SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   (1)   The maximum speed limit for Steder Avenue is established as 35 mph.
      (2)   The maximum speed limit for Fisher Road is established as 35 mph.
   (B)   This schedule shall be enforced in accordance with the provisions of the state’s “Vehicle Code” as it pertains to fines and other penalties.
