The Board of Supervisors has determined and hereby determines based upon weight and size restrictions based on highway conditions, studies, and otherwise that certain roads within the township may be damaged or destroyed unless the permissible weight of motor vehicles is restricted to the weight limits listed. Hence, restrictions for certain roads are hereby established as set forth in § 71.08, wherein the restricted roads are identified by their route number, road name, part of the road restricted, and weight limit.
