(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, persons, firm, corporation, or organization violating any of the provisions of §§ 70.01 to 70.06 shall, upon summary conviction before a District Justice having jurisdiction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $300 and costs of prosecution, and upon failure to pay any such fine imposed, shall be sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period not to exceed ten days.
