§ 70.04 STREETS.
   The streets subject to this prohibition shall be as follows:
   (A)   U.S. 11 northbound from S.R. 1023 (Old Trail) to Monroe Marketplace Boulevard; and
   (B)   U.S. 11 southbound from Monroe Marketplace Boulevard to S.R. 1023 (Old Trail).
