§ 30.01 ZONING HEARING BOARD.

The Township Zoning Hearing Board shall be increased from three members to five members, which members shall be appointed by the Township Board of Supervisors in accordance with Article IX of the state’s Municipalities Planning Code, being 53 P.S. §§ 10101 et seq.
