No person shall install an individual or community sewer system, or construct any building in the township in which an individual or community sewage disposal system is to be installed without first obtaining a permit indicating that the site, plans, and specifications of such system are in compliance with the state’s Sewage Facilities Act 537 and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to the Act, being 35 P.S. §§ 750.1 through 750.20a.
