§ 51.040 TITLE.
   (A)   This subchapter shall be known as the “Monroe Township On-Lot Sewage Disposal System Permit Ordinance”.
   (B)   This subchapter is adopted pursuant to § 7(a)(1) of the state’s Sewage Facilities Act, as amended (35 P.S. § 750.7(a)(1)).
