§ 51.026 ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE.

In addition to any other remedies provided in this subchapter, any violation of § 51.025 shall constitute a nuisance and may be abated by the municipality by either seeking appropriate equitable or legal reliefs from a court of competent jurisdiction.
