Pursuant to G.S. § 143-355.4 all new in-ground irrigation systems shall be supplied from a separate irrigation meter. The metered irrigation service may be connected by direct tap to the water main or by a split line off of the non-irrigation water service as determined by the Water Resource Director. All installations shall be in accordance with all applicable regulations, policies, permits, and procedures.
