§ 72.40 TAMPERING WITH TIRE MARKINGS.

No person shall erase, remove or obliterate any marks placed on a tire or motor vehicle by anyone working for the city for the purpose of enforcing this subchapter, with the intent to obstruct, prevent or interfere with the enforcement of any ordinance.
