§ 72.24 STANDING OR PARKING ON CITY OWNED OR LEASED PARKING LOTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or park any vehicle on any city owned or leased parking lot, unless such vehicle is in a specified parking space, so as not to obstruct traffic passage or other vehicles.
