§ 72.20 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR STANDING OR PARKING VEHICLE FOR PURPOSE OF ADVERTISING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or park any vehicle on any street for the primary purpose of advertising unless the owner or driver thereof shall have obtained a written permit for such purpose from the Chief of Public Safety. The issuance of any such permit is reposed in the sound discretion of the Chief of Public Safety.
