(A) (1) The City Council shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted and shall mark or sign such streets, which are specified in a schedule on file in the office of the City Clerk, hereby made a part hereof.
(2) Angle parking shall not be indicated or permitted on any place where passing traffic would thereby be caused or required to drive upon the left side of the street.

(B) Upon those streets which have been signed or marked for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or markings. ('84 Code, § 16-88)
