(A) On-street parking in the central business district will be parallel to the curb or edge of the pavement and marked by a solid white parking lane line separating the traffic lane from the parking lane and a solid white line at right angles to the parking lane line marking the start and end of the parking space.
(B) All vehicles shall be parked completely inside the marked space and not extend over the parking lane line into the traffic lane, or have the front or rear of the vehicle extend beyond the starting or ending marks of the space into the adjacent parking space or maneuvering space.
(C) Locations where curb side parking will be allowed in the central business district and immediately adjacent area are listed in a schedule on file in the office of the City Clerk, hereby made a part hereof.
