§ 71.77 INTERSECTIONS WHERE STOP REQUIRED.
   The City Council may determine and designate intersections where a particular hazard exists upon other than through streets and may determine whether vehicles shall stop at one or more entrances to any such stop intersection, and shall erect a stop sign at every such place where a stop is required. Such places are specified in Ch. 75, Sch. III.
