§ 71.36 EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   State highway system streets. It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of the speeds or upon the streets or portions of streets of the state highway system listed in Ch. 75, Sch. I.

   (B)   Streets not part of the state highway system. It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of the speeds or upon the streets or portions of streets, not a part of the state highway system, listed in Ch. 75, Sch. I. ('84 Code, § 16-25)
