§ 71.22 THROUGH TRUCKS.
   Through trucks shall be prohibited on those streets or portions of streets designated from time to time by the City Council, upon the erection of signs on such streets or portions thereof. A schedule of such streets or portions thereof shall be set forth in Ch. 75, Sch. VII.
