§ 71.21 TRUCKS PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   The City Council may designate streets or portions of streets where truck traffic is prohibited and shall erect “no trucks allowed“ signs on such streets or portions thereof. Such streets or portions thereof are designated in Ch. 75, Sch. VII on a schedule on file in the office of the City Clerk, which is hereby made a part of this chapter.
