§ 71.11 BACKING VEHICLE INTO INTERSECTION OR CROSSWALK.
   It shall be unlawful for the driver of a vehicle to back such vehicle into any intersection or over a crosswalk and, in any event or at any place, to back such vehicle unless such movement can be made in safety and unless such driver shall have given ample warning, either by hand or horn or other signal, to those who may be behind.
