§ 71.08 OBSTRUCTION OF VIEW OF APPROACHING TRAFFIC AT INTERSECTION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, by signs, trees, shrubbery or structures, within 25 feet of the intersection of curb lines, to obstruct the view of approaching traffic at any intersection.
