§ 71.06 HANGING ON TO MOVING VEHICLE.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, skateboards, or any toy vehicle to attach such bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled or toy vehicle or himself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway.
