§ 71.05 LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF PERSONS IN FRONT SEAT OF MOTOR VEHICLE.

It shall be unlawful for the driver or any person in charge of any motor vehicle to permit more than three persons,including such driver, to ride in the front seat of a motor vehicle.
