§ 71.04 ALLOWING PARTS OF BODY TO PROTRUDE BEYOND LIMITS OF VEHICLE.

It shall be unlawful for any person riding in a motor vehicle to allow any part of his body to protrude beyond the limits of the vehicle in which he is riding, except when necessary to give such signals as are by law required.
