§ 152.056 PUBLIC HEARING.
   When an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness is presented to the Historic Preservation Commission, a public hearing shall be held. All meetings of the Commission shall be open to the public in accordance with the North Carolina Open Meetings Law, G.S. Ch. 143, Art, 33C.
