Applications shall be considered by the Historic Preservation Commission at its next regular meeting, provided they have been filed, complete in form and content, at least 30 calendar days before the regularly scheduled meeting of the Commission. Otherwise, they shall be deferred until the next meeting or considered at a special called meeting of the Commission. Nothing shall prevent the applicant from filing with the application additional relevant information bearing on the application.
