The fire district of the city shall be all that territory within the city encompassed within the following boundary:
Beginning at the intersection of Charlotte Avenue and Church Street and running thence east to Hayne Street, thence south with Hayne Street to Crowell Street, thence east with Crowell Street to N. Church Street, thence south with N. Church Street to E. Windsor Street, thence west with Windsor Street to Hayne Street, thence south with Hayne Street to Correll Street, thence west with Correll Street to Main Street, thence with south Main Street to W. Talleyrand Avenue, thence west with W. Talleyrand Avenue to Stewart Street, thence north with Stewart Street to Crowell Street, thence west with Crowell Street to Charlotte Avenue, thence north with Charlotte Avenue to the beginning located at the intersection of Charlotte Avenue and Church Street, to the beginning.
