§ 36.02 COMPOSITION.
   The Fire Department of the City shall consist of the Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief and such number of Command Officers, Fire Fighters, and Administrative Personnel, including full-time and part-time positions, as the City Council may deem necessary for the safety and good order of the City and as approved by the City Manager.
