§ 32.03 ORGANIZATION DUES.

   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall pay dues from the General Fund for and to the following organizations:

      (1)   Indiana Association of Towns and Cities;

      (2)   Monon Chamber of Commerce;

      (3)   Indiana League of Municipal Clerks;

      (4)   International Institute of Municipal Clerks; and

      (5)   Indiana Vehicle Theft Association.

   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall pay dues from the town’s water works for and to the following organizations: Alliance of IN Rural Water, and Indiana Rural Water Association.

   (C)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall pay dues from the town’s sewage works for and to the following organizations: Alliance of IN Rural Water, and Indiana Rural Water Association.
